How exactly does the “no contracts” policy work in practice (monthly billing vs pay-as-you-go), and what are the terms of client engagements?

We primarily operate on a monthly retainer model. This ensures continuous monitoring, optimization, and reporting - because paid media management isn’t a one-time project, it’s an ongoing process of refinement and improvement.

Our “no contracts” policy is simple: we operate month-to-month with no long-term commitments. Clients are billed monthly for their retainer, and service continues as long as you choose to stay with us. There are no cancellation fees, lock-ins, or minimum terms - just transparent monthly billing.

All engagements include ongoing optimization, monitoring, reporting, and direct access to our team. We ask for a 30-day notice before pausing or ending services so we can wrap up reporting, ensure continuity, and transition assets smoothly. Beyond that, you stay because we deliver results—not because you’re tied to a contract.

Who are the key team members or specialists (beyond founder Zaid Ammari), and how large is the team currently?

Key team members include Alona a 14+ year PPC veteran with experience managing accounts from 10k in spend up to $300k in spend. Jose, our creative director with 14 years experience in photography and illustration. Senior graphic designer and illustrator. He is on a quest to make things attractive, functional and user-friendly. Jenny is our account manager and is a certified PMP (project management professional). Does the agency manage ad campaigns on platforms other than Google (e.g. Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Microsoft/Bing Ads, TikTok), or is their focus exclusively on Google Ads? 

Yes. We manage paid media on Facebook, LinkedIn, Bing, TikTok, Reddit and any platform that offers a paid option. Google Ads is just the biggest channel that we usually start clients on but is not the only channel we manage.
